Love in Response to the Grace of God
On Sunday morning, 5 July 2026, Ps Sunday Phiri preached from Romans 12:9-21. He explained that Paul calls believers to respond to God’s grace and mercy not with mere words but with genuine, sacrificial love — the kind God showed by giving His Son, expecting nothing in return. He identifies three responses: how we should love (genuinely, without hypocrisy or pretense), what we should love (holiness and purity, fleeing evil rather than tolerating it), and whom we should love (fellow believers, through encouragement, generosity, hospitality, and shared joy and sorrow — and even our enemies).
