On Sunday morning, 14 December 2025, Kitwe Church commissioned one of their own elders, Ps Gideon Mpeni, to Tanzania to revitalise Oasis Baptist Church in Dar es Salaam. Ps Phil gave the charge from Titus 1 where he emphasises that healthy biblical leadership is needed for a healthy biblical church.
