However, we do have a “bricks and mortar” head quarters that is located in Kennebunk, Maine. Dean Trondle has been in small business ownership and management for over 20 years and has seen his share of business successes and failures. With a BS in Accounting, and a “graduate degree” from the School of Hard Knocks, Dean has garnered battle scars from the world of small business and has lived to tell about these stories. His passion is to help hard-working owners and managers of organizations avoid similar pitfalls he has experienced. He loves listening and working together to find paths to success that can help develop people personally and professionally. Dean lives in Southern Maine with his wife Shelby, along with their two young children Ashton and Alexis. |

Nate spent over 11 years working in a large local church and understands the issues that non-profit organizations face. He has a BS in Business Management from the University of Maine and is currently pursuing an MBA. He has a passion for telling stories through video and using the latest technology to get your message heard. In his free time you will most likely find him enjoying the Maine outdoors either running, biking, swimming, hiking, or skiing. |

Mark has a “pioneer” spirit. He is passionate in working with individuals of small organizations. Having been there, he understands their challenges and struggles. He brings 20+ years of personal experience as the founder and CEO of several successful start-up organizations. He is very personable and makes people feel comfortable when they are around him. Mark loves to play basketball. |
